World of Warcraft has been down for almost two months now, as it transitions from one operator to another in China (from the9 to Netease). An internet meme has already started about how people are lonely without it, and now a semi-organized mob are loudly protesting the absence at the ChinaJoy conference.
Luckily for them, as frankyu tweets from ChinaJoy:
Wow is coming back to China next week. Aplogies made, KTVs were expensed and Chinese gamers vocal and angry. GOvt faced a user revolt.
